One of the hardest things for rugby players is staying sharp in the off-season while they have no interest in 7s. Enter the Summer Series. A rugby program designed for 15s and new players to stay fit and keep those shoulders sharp in a productive and fun setting. These sessions focus on skills and fitness while entering regular opportunities to compete for the sake of competing. Sessions will be hosted on Thursdays with monthly Beach Days for competition and a good time.
